7.4 Warranty Terms:

- Problems arising from usage errors are excluded

- Unauthorized intervention voids warranty

8. PAYMENT AND BILLING

8.1 Pricing:

- All prices include VAT

- Current exchange rate applies for foreign currency transactions

- Price changes are notified in advance

8.2 Payment Terms:

- Discounts may apply for cash payments

- Installment options available

8.3 Late Payment Interest:

- Delay is notified in writing

8.4 Cancellation and Refund:

- No cancellation accepted for products in production

9. TERMINATION

9.1 Termination by Company:

The Company may suspend or terminate user's site access in the following cases:

- Engaging in illegal activities

- Damaging the system

- Disturbing other users

9.2 Termination by User:

- Can close account at any time

- Can request deletion of personal data

- Contract terms apply for ongoing services

9.3 Post-Termination:

- User data processed according to KVKK provisions

- Legal retention obligations continue

- Financial rights and obligations unaffected

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

10.1 Applicable Law:

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and interpreted according to Turkish law rules.

10.2 Jurisdiction:

Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Antalya courts.

10.3 Language:

The contract is prepared in Turkish. In case of translation differences, the Turkish text is taken as basis.

10.4 Partial Invalidity:

If any article of the terms is deemed invalid, other articles retain their validity.
